 Shipping/Returns/Exchanges 

How fast will my order ship out? 

Usually orders ship out SAME or NEXT DAY, excluding weekends and holidays, but can take up to 72 hours. International orders ship out within 24-72 hours but can take up to 2 weeks to deliver because of customs. All orders ship via USPS or UPS and are generally delivered in mailboxes.  

I got the wrong order/product, what do I do?

Oh no! The robots at WOD Repair Lotion must have glitched, email us right away and we will fix it immediately! Email us at info@wodrepairlotion.com Please reference your invoice number

There's a problem and I want to return my order

Sorry to hear that! Send us email to info@wodrepairlotion.com with your tracking/invoice number and we will issue you a return mailing slip. Once your return has been received we will process it and refund your order, minus a restocking fee. 

We cannot accept opened and used product back for a return or exchange

Will I receive a tracking number for my order? 

Yes! You will receive an email from USPS with your tracking number once we have shipped your product. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active 

We do not have access to any personal payment information submitted including credit card and PayPal
